Objectives:

To increase their brand awareness online and enquiries both online and over the telephone by means of a Pay Per Click (PPC) campaign.

They had used a PPC company before and were not happy with the results.

What Did We Do?:

  • We created a Google Adwords campaign and set up targeted Campaigns and Ad Groups – some focused on
    Brand, others on Sales.
  • We created multiple adverts that we split-tested to see which ones worked best.
  • We recommended that specific Landing Pages for specific products be created.

Results:

We noticed a steady increase in brand awareness with more people searching for their company name and branded products and coming to the site.

Over a 6 month period:

  • Visits to the Site Increased by 542%
  • The Click Through Rate Increased from 3% to 5.5%
  • The Cost Per Click decreased by 20p
  • The Cost per Acquisition (online only, not including telephone sales) dropped from £55 to £34 in one month.

Feedback:

Due to the success of the campaigns in the UK, half-way through the 6 month period the client asked us to expand the campaigns from just the UK to Australia and UAE.

The client now wants us to set up campaigns for France and Germany.
